All Authorized Personnel are made aware of the guidelines, consequences and liabilities that could occur from unauthorized use of the Bracco Italiano Club of America membership list and any/all documents that are the sole property of the Bracco Italiano Club of America.
The Bracco Italiano Club of America (BICA) membership list is password protected. This list is NOT to be used to promote dog shows, personal websites, sale of puppies, solicitation of any kind or anything not directly related to the Bracco Italiano Club of America.
All BICA members and users of BICA property are advised of the following:
- Giving the BICA password to someone who is not authorized to receive it is not allowed,
- Allowing unauthorized access to BICA members only page is not allowed,
- Using BICA website, members only section or any other property of BICA for any other purpose other than stated in this disclosure or the bylaws is not allowed,
- Membership to BICA will be permanently and immediately cancelled for violation of security and/or violation of the terms and conditions in this and all other BICA Agreement(s).
